MD HQL and Multi-State Concealed Firearm Permit Course

Participants are highly encouraged to take this course prior to purchasing a handgun. Beginner to Advanced level course for men and women.

Our 4 hour all-classroom based MD HQL and concealed firearm permit course extensively covers handgun safety, shooting fundamentals, handgun selection, ammunition, malfunctions, escalation of force and relevant laws for MD, UT, VA, DC and surrounding areas. This course meets the training requirements to submit application for a MD Handgun qualification License and Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit for legal carry in up to 33 states. *Florida requirements can also be met if you choose to apply. Electronic fingerprinting MD not included. Range fee and ammunition not included for live fire portion. Live-fire qualification will be scheduled for a future date following the classroom session.

Live fire session will be scheduled during the class time for a future date. Florida Non-Resident Permit is option is also available upon request.

Course is taught by NRA Certified & Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification Certified Firearms Instructors.
